Syarat Kelayakan Jawatan :-

1. Warganegara Malaysia.

2. Kelulusan - Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelayakan dari institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan.

3. Pengalaman bekerja - minimum 2 tahun.

4. Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.

5. Lesen memandu Kelas D dan rekod memandu yang bersih.

Deskripsi Tugas Utama :-

Bertanggungjawab untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas am pejabat dengan cekap dan tepat seperti yang diarahkan untuk kelancaran urusan pentadbiran yang  menyumbang kepada kecekapan keseluruhan Syarikat.

Job Requirements:

• Professional: Management, Human Resources, Secretarial: 
• 6 years or more of working experience in manufacturing enterprises, with experience in similar positions preferred: 
• Understanding of Malaysian policies and regulations, familiarity with labor laws and regulations: 
• Proficiency in Chinese will be an additional advantage.

Job  Scopes:

• Plan the General Managers schedule or itinerary to ensure smooth management of daily affairs and the most efficient use of time;
• Handle issues assigned by the General Manager in a professional and objective manner;
• Convey the opinions, notices, decisions, information, etc., of the General Manager;
• Follow up on the progress of work by relevant personnel in various departments to ensure effective resolution of issues;
• Assist in the reception work for guests of the General Manager;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager on time
