Job Summary:

Assist the Business Admin Manager in overseeing the day-to-day business administration and verification work flow and other related support services as directed.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in compiling and preparing Monthly Sales Reports (MSR) or any other reports from respective Sales/Branch Managers from time to time for reporting and business analysis
• To assist in carrying out verification process for checking all submission of sales related documents to ensure all documents and procedures are in compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines set by respective departments

Follow up with sales team timely on the back logs, and communicate actively with Finance Department and Customer Support Department to ensure the contract is updated in the system
• To perform any other duties or special task or ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Superior

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management/ All Others Field

About the job

To ensure a positive experience for tenants across Ikano Centres' portfolio, the Tenant Admin Executive plays a fundamental role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support for the Tenant Administration team and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of lease documentation.
