Job Description
· Oversee day to day operations of project.
· Order materials, equipment and submit DO, receipt, etc to superior.
· Prepare work, site diary & RFI.
· Ensuring all on-site workers and TMP adhere to the health and safety regulation.
· Ensure achievement of sub-contractor’s day-to-day progress target.
· Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.
· Ensure quality of work and compliance with specifications.
· Report to client representative and superior for daily work status.
· Report expenditure, accident and work progress to superior.
· Attend meetings and site visits.
· Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities.
· Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
· To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
· Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
· Minimize material and manpower wastage.
· Handle labour and supplier disputes.
· Liaison with client/consultants/sub-contractors/suppliers/quantity surveyor including all necessary correspondence and all contractual matters.
· Conduct site valuation.
· Reporting on variation orders.
· Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
· At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
· Willing to travel/work outstation.
· Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues.
· Good working attitude, responsible, independent, excellent in time management and able to meet deadlines.
· At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
· Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
· Possess own transport.
