Main purpose of job       

The main purpose of a Section Head is to lead and supervise BPO Contact Centre Inbound & Outbound Section. To lead the staff and operation into achieving a higher standard in accordance to the SLA. Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Management:

1.      Oversee daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, and bank account reconciliations.

2.      Monitor and manage liquidity to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs while optimizing cash utilization.

3.      Execute transactions related to cash movements, including fund transfers, and borrowings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

In terms of academic/educational qualification, it would be preferable the incumbent have a tertiary education background ideally in HR disciplines or Business Administration. In terms of work experience, ideally candidate would have some 5-8 years of HR experience at supervisory level.
