The Large Molecule Analytical Validation (LMAV) team within Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) - is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join their Biologics Critical Reagent Team. The individual will be a key contributor to the late-stage strategy of our company's Large Molecule pipeline. LMAV is primarily responsible for the strategic oversight for implementation of Biological Critical Reagents (BCRs) and Reference Standards (RS) for all large molecule pipeline programs. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to provide automation system support and build capabilities within the group for sustained management of critical reagents for biologics and vaccines, with efficient processes and reduced costs.
Multiple cross divisional close partnerships are a pivotal part of this role.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
End-to end automated capabilities for data collection, and visualization tools. Identify opportunities for structured data capture, complex data analysis workflows, and integration with existing applications and systems to continue supporting legacy workflows.
Build tools for activity planning, forecasting, requisitions and inventory management, capable of creating dashboards for easy filterable and searchable attributes.
Sample/ Inventory management and metrics: Track sample storage locations and movement. Develop functionality for configuring storage locations, logging samples for traceability, and run reports.
Applies a high level of rigor to evaluate and to implement new innovative systems/ tools, provides direct support and training of the solutions.
Build relationships with functional counterparts and stakeholders in the business to proactively identify and resolve issues associated with the digital platforms implemented.
Enable reliable supply of critical reagents through ensuring performance of applications, including continuous process improvement initiatives leveraging Six Sigma tools within Automation on initiatives such as problem solving, standardization, reduced cycle time, and Lean process principles.

The role of the Senior Specialist will be to provide operational support, including activity planning, forecasting and inventory management, and expertise to ensure the reliable and compliant supply of quality biologics and vaccine reagents products to customers and patients worldwide. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Recognize program strategy and support all activities for the timely availability of critical reagents to all testing sites.
Forecast critical reagents by working closely with program leads to understand demand and timelines, managing the forecasting tool, and aligning with reagent providers to ensure availability.
Plan activities and manage inventory by tracking BCR expiry/re-evaluation dates and collaborating with Analytical Program Lead for program activity planning.
Support critical reagent preparation activities, including ordering, reserving and handling BCR source materials, obtaining and archiving documents, relationship management with vendors, and planning preparation of CRs at filling sites.
Manage shipping logistics of BCRs to ensure timely shipment of source materials and critical reagents across multiple preparation and testing sites.
Manage timelines with testing labs for the qualification and re-evaluations of critical reagent lots, data collection and review.
Collect data for BCR qualification and re-evaluation, communicating with AWG lead and/or testing lab, and support deviation management/change management involving preparation and storage of BCRs and/or source materials.
Education
Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences or related discipline.

Relevant experience in analytical development, planning or logistics, manufacturing, manufacturing support, or demand planning.

General Description:

Essential Responsibilities:
Clinical: Performs history and physical assessments of patients that are accurate, complete, concise, relevant and appropriate for age, gender and clinical problem. Orders appropriate diagnostic studies and correctly interprets results. Develops, implements, evaluates, and alters the plan of care as needed. Maintains accurate, complete, concise and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Patient Care: Provides care that is patient and family centered, compassionate, appropriate and effective for the promotion of health, prevention of illness and treatment of disease throughout the lifespan. Facilitates consistent, coordinated care and clear communication among all members of the healthcare team. Incorporates the patient and family in care planning and treatment across settings. Considers cost effectiveness and risk/benefit analysis when making decisions about patient care. Uses evidenced-based medicine to systematically analyze and improve patient care practices. Develops, evaluates, and implements standards of care within area of specialization (policies, protocols, etc.).
Research: Participates in research opportunities to advance the care and treatment of patients.
Communication: Communicates and collaborates effectively with physicians, other health professionals and health related agencies. Counsels and educates patients and families. Serves as an advocate for patients and families in navigating the health care system.
Activities: Participates in education of students and other health care professionals. Participates in organizational and departmental meetings, educational opportunities, committees and workgroups as necessary. Participates in quality initiative/performance activities. Promote interdisciplinary practice and implement strategies to overcome barriers to collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing if APRN, MSN or Master’s in Physician Assistant Services.
Experience: 3 or more years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in designated specialty preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Must have prescriptive authority within 6 months of hire.

Job Summary
Data Centers are considered Critical Facilities. This means that we support hospitals, laboratories, public safety centers. Simply put - We cannot go dark. In this crucial role, you will complete repairs, corrective maintenance, and routine installations of Critical Facility infrastructure.
Responsibilities
You will perform site inspections and supervise the building and Data Center alarms
Performs preventative maintenance on-site infrastructure (e.g. maintenance of primary infrastructures), or leads vendors
Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting electrical connections
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, including identifying and repairing leaks, faulty wiring, and malfunctioning components
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations
Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as checking refrigerant levels, calibrating thermostats, and testing system performance
Install and replace HVAC equipment, including compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats
Extensive knowledge of critical infrastructure i.e. UPS, generator, BMS, chillers, life safety systems
Completion of site logs and data gathering issuing for basic permits, such as MOPs and scripts
Respond to all on-site incidents and acts as the need arises
Provide assistance during critical maintenance activities
You are able to effectively collaborate within the department and provide recommendations to peers for general maintenance activities
Carry out basic infrastructure projects

Qualifications
3+ years experience with critical infrastructure or commercial/Industrial HVAC maintenance to include troubleshooting, monitoring and routine maintenance
High School Diploma or equivalent
You perform all essential job functions, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting and manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation
You are available to work days/nights/weekends/holidays, if needed and/or required
You can lift heavy equipment/items up to 50 pound
