RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monthly payroll which include processing of statutory payments
- Overall management of day to day attendance & tardiness
- Verify and Administer medical claims, leave entitlements, allowance, overtime, commissions, claims etc as per company policy and guidelines
- Attend to matters related to workplace behavior and counseling of employees. To document and ensure recordkeeping of employer actions as required by Labour Law
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- To advertise job vacancy in online job portal, and social media as required
- To handle all foreign worker matters. (Immigration, FOMEMA & Embassy)
- To assist on foreign workers accommodation arrangement and their welfare.
- To assist on liaising with all government bodies on related matters.
- Assist in recruitment.
- Maintain and update training records
- Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/Degree
* Knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, other statutory regulations will be an added advantage
* Proficient with UBS payroll systems
* At least 2 years of working experience in HR/admin
* Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
* Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
* Task-oriented, self-motivated, detail minded.
* Mature, resourceful, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently
