Documentation and Reporting:
Gather and prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other relevant documents.
Forward necessary information to appropriate management or personnel.
Contract Management:
Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts, to secure the best deals.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
