9. 在招標和資產管理期間促進和討論（與內部部門）策略，以滿足客戶目標（即專案交付時間表、投標目標價格、技術解決方案、客戶期望、QHSE目標等）
10. 始終了解最新的優勢/劣勢/機會/威脅 (SWOT)，並與內部同行合作，幫助其他人了解 GoC 與外部競爭對手相比的所有產品的關鍵價值觀和優勢。
11. 每週在追蹤系統中更新專案狀態，並向主管/經理更新每項待管理資產和/或正在準備的投標/報價的當前狀態。

資格和經驗
