In business-as-usual state, the role functions as a lead global Business Continuity Program Owner. During major incidents or crises, the incumbent serves as Incident Commander (or Deputy) within the enterprise crisis management framework, providing unified command, coordination, and communication across all affected functions.

The position analyzes Sales Forecast (Demand Commit), order backlog, WOI (Weeks of Inventory), market trends, and capacity constraints in collaboration with SCM, Sales, CSR (Customer Service), Product Group, and Finance to develop a logical and well-aligned Revenue Forecast. The role leverages data from Power BI, MDP (Modern Data Platform), and SAP S/4HANA, using advanced Excel skills to support shipment control and drive revenue execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the monthly Revenue Forecast, including data processing, variance analysis of the underlying Sales Forecast (Demand Commit), and comparison against the previous cycle.
• Support quarterly Landing Control by downloading, consolidating, and analyzing actuals, ongoing activities, and incoming orders.
• Collaborate with Product Group and SCM to understand market trends and capacity constraints, conduct data analysis, and drive alignment.
• Coordinate with CSR on shipment control, including analysis of shipment hold candidates and approval of shipment releases.
• Work closely with Finance to align on planned Debit Notes and Credit Notes.

The Data Operations Analyst  is responsible of reformatting the retailer and vendor input files, validations, outlier checks and sending the deliverables to the next workstream in a correct and timely manner.  

• Be the contact for questionable sales and stores trend, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner in cooperation with Input Validation, Retailer Vertical/ Retailer Engagement team and other downstream functions. To be able to identify, investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product related queries 
• Plan and execute complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules 
• Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in reformatting and validations environment (CIP – Consumer Information platform) and drive convergence of processes and tools 

• Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best-demonstrated practices 
• Working across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction 
• Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues

• Perform end to end AR process: specialized in billing process especially on customer invoicing either manual or automate
• Perform reconciliation and procession of invoice(s) into Oracle. Including: ensuring the invoicing accurately reflects as per the contracts/usage/billing request/SO
• Prepare customer aging report and other AR related reports
• Dealing with interface billing reconciliations, balance sheet through P&L reconciliation
• Perform and support month end close activities
• Accountable and responsible for the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of billing process in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIs
• Work closely with the sales operation team and cross functional organization to resolve and support customer billing process, issues and/or inquiries
• Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations and procedures, that should be in line with the company policies, standard operating procedures, and/or SLA/MSA
• Liaise with the auditors, tax authorities and regulatory authorities as required for the countries served in GFS and Business
• Full support to O2C global initiative in UAT, migrations, scope expansion, standardization and/or data mapping or cleansing
• Support the assigned project (Acquisitions and Mergers, Divestment (when required)
• Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and other duties as and when requested by the line manager
• Handle high complexity billing process

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements are met.
• Manage the implementation of the master programme, including materials and long lead items, ensuring alignment with project milestones and delivery timelines.
• Update and maintain the master programme and ensure short-term programmes—such as weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, and inspection timelines—are reviewed and communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
• Plan and organize statutory inspections and ensure timely approvals.

Site Coordination

• Monitor progress and quality through regular updates and collaboration with site teams or contractors.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance are implemented across all project activities.
• Support effective project administration, including documentation, reporting, and issue resolution.

Stakeholder Management

• Oversee and manage external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure their deliverables align with the project’s strategic objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants to maintain clear communication and ensure consistent progress toward project milestones.
• Facilitate and lead regular project progress meetings with consultants and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing across the project team.

Project Reporting

• Produce comprehensive project reports that capture key updates, risks, decisions, and action items to maintain transparency and informed decision-making.
• Prepare and manage project schedules using appropriate tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Excel, including baseline setting, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.

Procurement Management

• Manage the full procurement process for consultants, including drafting scopes, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance & compliance frameworks.
• Support timely engagement and onboarding of consultants aligned with project needs.
• Work closely with internal teams and consultants to ensure procurement outcomes support project goals.
