We are a hydraulic seals distributor looking for a full-time administrative staff to assist us in our daily operations.
Workplace Details:
Location: 3 mins walk from Farrer Park MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830hrs to 1730hrs
*No OT!*

*Minimal Job Experience Required*
Job Scope:
1. Upkeep and preparation of general and accounts documents.
2. Filing and housekeeping of general and accounts documents.
3. Handling of emails and phone calls.
4. Liaising with external parties.
5. Other daily ad-hoc tasks.
*Basic bookkeeping/accounting experience will have an advantage as you will be assisting the accountant with documents*
Applicants MUST possess:
Candidates without ALL the following requirements need not apply
1. Primary level education or equivalent.
2. Minimal 6 months related work experience.
3. Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office.
4. Able to speak and understand basic English.
5. Able to do basic calculations.
6. Able to work well with others as a team.
