Admin
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls, office maintenance
- Handling quotations, invoicing and general office administration work
- To handle administrative matters relating to company properties.
- Maintain and update company records and policies timely
- Act as a liaison between the company and outside parties (suppliers)
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Finance
- Prepare monthly financial report, financial audit, and tax returns.
- Provide financial data and analysis on overall financial performance of the company to the management on regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Prepare forecast, budget, and monitor actual performance
- Responsible for the tax affairs of the company.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretary and others statutory bodies/authorities.
- Plan and manager cash flow and all banking facilities utilization of the company to ensure that there will be adequate amounts of funds to meet the needs of the company
- Ensure compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements including accounting, legal, secretarial and tax matters.
- Others things temporarily assigned by Finance Manager of director.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and under stress and must be positive thinking and keep to learn.
- Strong in communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin for both spoken and written is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate teamwork all the time.
