Your responsibilities & impact:
Strategy and Execution Partner: Provide day-to-day support to sales strategy business partners and sales leaders on all aspects of execution, including forecasting calls, pipeline updates, AE performance reviews, etc
Data-Driven Insights: Build tools and dashboards that unlock new insights and learnings for stakeholders. Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations. Design and interpret key performance metrics, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
Leadership Support: support the UK&I CEO and leadership team, contributing to UK&I operating cadence, key strategic projects, and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Strategic Decision Making: Prepare analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making. Drive UK&I-level business reviews, strategic projects, and ambitious initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes.
Go-to-Market Execution: Assist strategy business partners and sales leaders in executing all steps of Salesforce's UK&I Go-to-Market strategy, including market segmentation, headcount planning, sales territory implementation, and quota setting.
Process Optimization: Advocate for and implement process improvements, finding new ways to automate existing tasks and troubleshoot operational issues. Propose effective changes to systems and processes to address root causes.
Desired Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in sales operations, business operations, or consulting, ideally within an online/SaaS company with a strong analytical focus.
Familiarity with CRM and Salesforce reporting, coupled with sophisticated G-suite expertise (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Comfort with Excel, SQL, Tableau/Alation/Snowflake, or other Business Intelligence tools.
Demonstrably strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Purpose
The purpose of the role is to contribute to the development and deployment of key Amplify Health products solutions, as well as to lead “diagnostic and design” projects with each client. To further leverage areas of expertise including provider-facing risk management strategies for health insurers.
About the role
The consultant will be employed by Discovery Partner Markets Services Pte Ltd and dedicated to the Amplify Health team that is building and deploying Chronic Disease Management and Provider Management solutions for Amplify Health’s clients. This team will also provide specialist strategic and operational support to Amplify’s client companies. The role will be based in Singapore but may require extended in-country assignments to client companies across South-East Asia. The consultant’s specific areas of expertise should include provider-facing risk management strategies for health insurers.
The consultant will require a deep understanding of the full suite of Discovery’s Health products and assets, specifically those in the claims risk management domain, including chronic disease management and provider management, in order to advise clients on the Amplify product offerings, which are largely derived from Discovery’s assets.
The Consultant will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development and deployment of Amplify Health’s CDM and PM solutions, as well as for understanding the gaps or requirements from Amplify Health clients, and, alongside the Amplify Health team, to formulate opportunities for Amplify Health to provide services and products, through clear documentation and communication of suitable Amplify Health product offerings, the business value to the client, and implementation roadmaps.
Key Outputs/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
The role’s primary responsibility will be a series of “diagnostic and design” projects with each client including leading/working with a team of experts from the Amplify Health business. Key responsibilities include:
▪ Understanding the gaps or requirements from the client within the risk management domain
▪ Establishing and driving adherence to an overall “workplan” for consulting engagement (analyses required outputs, timeline, key meetings, dependencies)
▪ Driving business needs and value at stake assessment (under the guidance of Amplify Health and client leadership)
▪ Developing an integrated delivery roadmap and timeline
▪ Build delivery roadmap for the client, including advising Amplify Health on staffing resources needed
▪ Supports Amplify Health in identifying key stakeholders to engage to ensure alignment on delivery roadmap
This role requires managing the client engagement end-to-end, ensuring that the various Amplify Health business teams are engaging at critical points along the process, and that the concepts are translated into tangible business recommendations which will lead to long-term client engagement.
Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key stakeholders from Amplify Health and the client, at different levels of seniority and from various functional areas.
Guide client engagement to drive the sales effort: Leverage deep technical and healthcare expertise and business background to highlight and position opportunities for Amplify Health. Secure alignment of objectives, resolution of obstacles and problems and collaboration on strategic and operational decisions. Along with the Amplify Health team, advise clients on the capabilities and constraints of the solutions, based on developing an intimate knowledge of what the product, systems solution and business processes required.
Cross-functional team collaboration: Work in small teams, alongside various SMEs, data science and health tech experts to develop client recommendations. The Consultant should also mentor and coach team colleagues in Amplify Health.
Synthesize and clearly communicate: Clearly understand client priorities and value levers. Gather and analyse information. Formulate and communicate recommendations for client presentations. Work closely with business development and advisory teams to gather user requirements and translate them into the client implementation plan. Proactively identify risks and problems and develop and recommend solutions to mitigate these risks. Track and measure engagement and product progress.
Product deployment advisory: Clearly communicate requirements and feedback to the team and provide detailed guidance on the clients’ operational technology and data analytics infrastructure to inform the product deployment, ensuring alignment to client priorities.
