Job Scopes:
- Plan the General Managers schedule or itinerary to ensure smooth management of daily affairs and the most efficient use of time;
- Handle issues assigned by the General Manager in a professional and objective manner;
- Convey the opinions, notices, decisions, information, etc., of the General Manager;
- Follow up on the progress of work by relevant personnel in various departments to ensure effective resolution of issues;
- Assist in the reception work for guests of the General Manager;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager on time
