1)      Project Development

• Development of equipment, jig and tool drawings.

主要責任

• 專案品質保證：根據範圍審查可交付成果，並確保可交付成果的品質符合預期。
• 預算管理：建立和維護全面的預算追蹤系統，提供具有成本效益的解決方案、應急計劃以及與客戶的透明溝通，以確保競選支出保持在預算限制之內。
• 報告與溝通：確保及時、簡潔的客戶溝通，積極尋求回饋以提高透明度，並定期進行策略審查以調整長期目標。
• 解決問題：解決問題和衝突，與客戶和團隊合作以防止根本原因，並透過回饋不斷完善解決流程，透過進行後續和主動問題追蹤來維持積極的客戶與代理關係。
• 創意簡報：客戶參與創意過程，為創意團隊提供風格指南支持，與創意團隊合作並組織腦力激盪會議，與創意團隊保持回饋循環，並更新簡報範本以提高效率。
• 市場研究和產業知識：隨時了解產業趨勢、市場狀況和競爭對手，進行研究和分析，為客戶提供策略見解和建議。

技能

• 在廣告公司或行銷公司的客戶服務或客戶管理方面擁有豐富的工作經驗。
• 對行銷和廣告原則、活動管理和數位行銷趨勢有深入的了解。
• 優秀的溝通和表達能力，能夠有效地向客戶傳達複雜的想法。
• 具備專案管理技能，包括確定任務優先順序、按時完成任務以及同時管理多個專案的能力。
• 熟練使用 Microsoft PowerPoint、Words 和 Excel。
• 能夠運用數位分析知識
