Join the new exciting part of our global HR Operations Team.
To further enhance HR support to our employees and managers, our HR Operations Team in Kuala Lumpur will cover our organisation in Asia Pacific and from our hub, HR Specialists will support our company in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Performance Services, Employee Data Services, Reward Services, Learning Services, HR Administration Services and Payroll Services.
You will be a part of our HR Administration Services team supporting China. In this role you will be supporting HR Operations with executing employee and manager services with focus on local benefits services, compliance services, health services, as well as processing employee data in HR systems and ensuring a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR Operations.
To give you a better picture on the activities we have listed them below -
• Deliver standard services solve employee and manager issues across the region in accordance to global process and localization for China.
• Execute employee data standards, processes and policies relevant to entities in China and across regional HR operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit required governmental reports or forms related to labor relations matters, such as but not limited to equal employment opportunity forms, audit forms and employee benefit insurance year-end payment closing
for employees in China.
• Document process changes and communicate it to all affected interfaces and deliver information for knowledge management
• Fulfill service level agreements, operational level agreements and other KPI’s, align on appropriate actions if figures are not met.
Vendor Management - Organize monthly communication meeting,Non-payroll service execution monitoring & Non-payroll service escalation management.
Your Profile / Qualifications
• College or university degree preferably in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Business Administration
• Experience in delivering HR Administration and Data Management services in an HR Shared Services/ Operations environment & must have prior China support experience.
• Enthusiastic to extend knowledge in HR service management both in terms of business trends and technology trends that influence the area
• Ability to function autonomously, as well as work in a team environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Working knowledge in processing government documentation for China such as but not limited to special working hours, work pass, residence pass and other government related benefits is an advantage.

The Role:
As the Care Account Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Care Account Manager to drive and support Intellect’s clinical operations tailored for our enterprise clients across the APAC region.
Your role will be pivotal in transforming and optimising our clinical operational processes, drawing from best practices in electronic medical record systems and other healthcare innovations.
