Key Responsibilities

• The QAQC Engineer shall manage and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the project quality management system.
• Provide advice and support to the QA/QC Manager for the development, implementation, review and revision of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and attachments.
• Review subcontractor / supplier quality systems.
• Report on quality related matters to the QA/QC Manager, including preparation of monthly summary reports.
• Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) in accordance with CEP schedule.
• Preparation of Document Submissions for client approval.
• Ensuring the adherence to the McConnell Dowell Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan.
• Establish a system for quality control that will identify and confirm that the characteristics of work processes and the finished works meet the requirements of the design.
• Effectively coordinate implementation of the QC system across all facets of the works including purchased items and subcontract works.
