Shipping Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and following up on incoming and outgoing shipments/deliveries with suppliers and forwarders.

2. Liaising with forwarders, shipping agents, customs, relevant government authorities, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments.

3. Proficiency in handling customs forms and other documentation related to shipping procedures and tariff codes.

4. Advising and providing solutions to the Manager on shipment-related issues, working closely with forwarders/agents, customs officers, and relevant government authorities (e.g., DOH).

5. Comparing freight charges and recommending the best options for approval.

6. Checking and confirming customs declaration forms.

10. Ensure labelling compliance of importation and food regulation.

Responsibility

• Purchase Order Processing: Create, review, and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner based on requisitions from various departments.
• Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise during the procurement process.
