What you will do:
In this role, you report to the APAC Operational Excellence Leader and you are responsible to manage Operational Excellence workstreams across APAC. You will work with the P&Ls to drive end-to-end operational discipline. You will manage data consolidation for governance and performance management, ensuring excellence in execution while also partner with the P&Ls and the APAC team to manage risks identified along the way. This position has high visibility and will work closely with many levels of the organization from senior leaders to frontline managers.

Design and execute operational excellence workstreams in APAC, partnering with regions and functions
Lead and facilitate L1 and L2 level deep-dive and problem solving sessions, while role modeling the right mindset and behaviors
Conduct analysis and develop recommendations for operational improvements and cost optimization
Identify and manage risks and opportunities across various categories. Partner with various parts of the organization to execute mitigation plans

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Actively sells and promotes company products and services according to client’s needs

Provide product information and in house training to selective customers

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Graduate of a tertiary degree course preferably a graduate of veterinary science / animal science
Minimum 4 years with specific to sales experiences. Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science background is preferable.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory
Good in data analytics, strategic thinking, planning and execution.
Self-driven and motivated to deliver the setout sales target with adaptability & agility to the new environment
Must hold a valid driver’s license

How you will do it:
Understand customers’ requirements for air conditioning equipment and solutions.

What we look for:
10+ years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services
5+ years’ operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects
5+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience
Possess senior level relationship in the building technologies market to support Sales Team in their sales efforts
Proven leader and developer of people working in diverse team environments.
Demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with architects/owners/consultants or SME into pre-sales activities.
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role
Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
