The Pfizer Health Representative will be the central contact in connecting customers within their accounts to therapies that advance wellness, prevention, treatments, and cures to the most feared diseases of our time. Central to the Health Representative’s role will be the introduction of a new & promoted medicines and innovative digital service that will help elevate Health Care Professionals’ patient care. The role is consultative; spanning Pfizer’s entire resource and product portfolio for their customer base and one that will result in long standing and truly valued relationships with customers. The Heath Representative will draw on healthcare knowledge and understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry, as well as Pfizer and the product portfolio, so that customers achieve the solutions they need.
The Health Representative should be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and building/ maintaining effective, long-term business relationships with assigned territory customers. The Health Representative identifies and prioritises Pfizer opportunities through understanding customers’ business and strategic imperatives. The Health Representative is responsible for developing and executing an effective sales planning for Channel and HCPs .

About the Role
Provide strategic medical input and plan into development of the Company's key initiatives in drug cost management programme.Play a crucial role in the integrated healthcare strategy by using the strong pharmaceutical knowledge and industry trend to provide insights to the development of cost-effective drug cost management approach.
Use data analytics to identify cost trends among all healthcare providers, and analyse the drug cost disparity.
Devise and implement utilization management strategies to contain drug costs without compromising the quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical coverage.
Stay informed about pharmaceutical market dynamics, emerging therapies and regulatory changes.
Engage with healthcare professionals to capture insights and understand treatment landscapes.
Education: Tertiary qualification in pharmaceutical sciences (e.g., PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Work experience: At least 6-8 years of related working experience in pharmaceutical advisory roles or relevant fields. Experience in dispensing drugs is a plus.
Other Requirements: Proven track record to manage pricing agreements with pharmaceutical vendors. Strong analytical skills to interpret pharmaceutical cost data and derive actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal skills to convey cost containment strategies clearly to business partners.

About the Role
Responsible for driving healthcare related initiatives, such as cost containment, provider network and performance metric.Drive healthcare cost containment initiatives in developing and implementing measures to control/reduce medical claims costs.
Drive provider network development strategy including identifying, evaluating and recruiting the quality providers and specialists.
Implement performance metrics to evaluate provider performance, including cost efficiency and quality of care.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement quality improvement programs sought at improving patient experience.
Work with the analytics team to study the claims cost driver and develop/implement strategies to control and reduce healthcare costs within the network.
Education: Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce / Finance / Economics/ Legal or any other relevant education or related experiences.
Work Experience: At least 5-8 years of related working experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry and a validated experience at managerial / supervisory level.
General Requirements: Strong communication (verbal and written), negotiation and public relation skills; Strong business insight; Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
