Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and oversee the day-to-day shift allocation for external staff, ensuring timely and efficient matching of staff to client requirements. The successful candidate will utilize Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software for staff allocation and bookings, maintain communication with nurses and clients, and address any complaints or concerns promptly. Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

·       Implementation, Operation, and maintenance of audit of HSE Management System in compliance with ISO9001 and 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.

·       Responsible for overall planning, implementation of the Environment, Occupational Safety and Health matters within workplaces.

• 監控和追蹤嬰兒報告的牛奶消耗量。
• 按時餵食和照顧新生嬰兒。
• 在醫師就診期間協助醫師。
• 確保嬰兒房的清潔和衛生。
• 行政職責依照上級的建議執行。
• 監測母親和孩子的整體健康狀況。

要求/標準：

• LJM 認證護士
• 應屆畢業生或至少 1 至 3 年護理/新生兒加護病房/產後護理或相關領域的經驗
• 擁有照顧媽媽和寶寶的熱情。
• 最好能用英語和馬來語溝通。
• 必須願意輪班（早班 7.30am 至 7.30pm；夜班 7.30pm 至 7.30am）、週末和公共假期工作。

• Assessment of nursing needs for mothers and babies.
• Advice on breastfeeding, managing new-born and other health promotion to mothers.
• Monitor & tracking of the baby reports for their milk consumption.
• On-time feeding and taking care of new-born infants.
• Assist doctor during doctor’s visit.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the baby room and proper hygiene.
• Administration duties as advise by Superior.
• Monitor the general well-being of mother and child.

Requirement/ Criteria:

• Certified Nurse by LJM
• Fresh graduated or Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Nursing/ NICU/ Postnatal Care or related field
• Possess a passionate disposition to take care mommy & baby.
• Preferably able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be willing to work in shift (morning shift 7.30am to 7.30pm; night shift 7.30pm to 7.30am), weekend and public holiday.
