to help drive company sales and events. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
To ensure success as a marketing specialist, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for events, and excellent communication skills.

· Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive
attendance and engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection,
vendor management, and logistics.
· Create compelling event messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and drives interest and
attendance.
· Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
· Analyse event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and vendors.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to
stay ahead of the competition.

· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
· Miminum 3 years of relevant work experience as a marketing specialist.
· Experience in events management.
· High-level communication and networking skills.
· Good project management skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
