The year was 2004, our founder Sharon Lim and her husband Leong were valuing to take over a traditional household shop at Kampung Subang, Shah Alam. At the time of the visit, they saw a lot of customers walking in and buying household goods.

Job Description
1. Create marketing plans for better customer service experience, retain customer loyalty, and facilitate organic growth.
2. Analyse and compile accurate reports.
To identify new customers / businesses through platforms such as advertisements, associations, directories, online business portals, and marketing websites.
To identify new customers within different industries in the local market.
To increase the presence of the company brand in the market and enhance market awareness of the product and service offered by the Company.
To review and improve current offline/online marketing material such as company profiles, product catalogues, newsletters, and company websites.
7. Assist the management in monitoring the effectiveness of online marketing material.
8. Monitor new sales enquiries and forward them to the sales department for follow-up.
9. Plan and manage Company business portfolio / territory / business according to market development strategy.
10. Develop a marketing plan to increase the presence of the company brand in the market.
11. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and update relevant information held in these systems.
12. Plan / carry out / support local marketing activities according to budget and timescales and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.
13. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
14. Review and improve current online/offline marketing material such as the company website, and product catalogue.

The first phase of operations has begun in 2019 while the second phase development is in progress.
