The Role:
As the Care Account Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Care Account Manager to drive and support Intellect’s clinical operations tailored for our enterprise clients across the APAC region.
Your role will be pivotal in transforming and optimising our clinical operational processes, drawing from best practices in electronic medical record systems and other healthcare innovations. With a strong foundation in clinical informatics, you'll ensure that our services are both efficient and of the highest quality.
You will be the primary liaison for the enterprise client, responsible for planning and deploying clinical staff to provide care services, including individual and group therapy sessions, critical incident stress management (CISM), and mental health/wellness related training sessions. A significant part of your role will involve setting up, reviewing, and refining our Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs) to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Your passion for destigmatising mental health, combined with your adherence to the highest ethical and professional best practice standards, will drive the success of this role. You will collaborate closely with the Client Success (CS) team and other internal stakeholders.

Responsible for supporting general business operations by providing services in various administrative areas including front desk management, travel arrangements, office events, purchasing activities and physical security• Coordinate the administrative activities of an office, including front desk activities
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees consistent with established policies and cost guidelines
• Support for internal facility issues and refer related issues to the appropriate personnel
• Protect AIA employees, properties and all items of value on AIA's premises from preventable harm or danger
• Provide support to committees that organizing internal office activities
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders from end to end
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, service delivery improvements and process efficiency
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to AIA policies
• Discuss problems on delivery and performance with suppliers and third-party providers
• Identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximise the efficiency of the business

The senior performance specialist role directly impacts the success of paid digital marketing campaigns. Their contribution will drive impressive performance and growth through continuous reviewing, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of paid channels such as (but not limited to) Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, and LinkedIn Ads. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior IT Software & Hardware Support Executive is responsible for providing customer support for computer software and capturing, analysing, designing, implementing, and test of server-based web software applications.
TASK
Provide client support and technical issue resolution. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.

Design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions

HTML and CSS for styling, JAVASCRIPT/AJAX/REACT or similar WEB techniques for more complex use-case. Liquid (Shopify Render Engine) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2-year work experience.
