Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality user experience across our digital channels, including mobile internet banking.
* Implement agile methodologies to streamline development processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
* Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment systems, cards, and digital account opening processes to ensure accuracy, security, and seamless user experience.
* Manage onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience that fosters long-term loyalty.
* Oversee fund transfer mechanisms, including NEFT/RTGS payments, to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* Monitor and manage CASA and TD accounts, as well as loans processing, while adhering to regulatory guidelines and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Continuously optimize processes and systems to enhance customer experience, drive business growth, and stay ahead of industry trends.
