Skills & Experience

• An experienced consultant with at least 1 year of experience in Tier 1 or 2 years of experience in Tier 2 consulting firms or

• An experienced professional with at least 4 years of non-consulting experience in relevant industries (e.g. pharma, banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, start-up, hospital management, etc.) or

• An MBA / Masters graduate with at least 2 years of experience in relevant industries (e.g. pharma, banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, start-up, hospital management, etc.) or

• A PhD graduate with no industry/consulting experience (with at least 3 publications or 1 high-impact factor publication)

• Experience in consulting, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be highly advantageous.

• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.

The Role

As a Senior Project Delivery Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Strategic Wellness Advisory team and responsible for the delivery of our mental health benefits platform to our key strategic and large client accounts. This is a high-touch role that requires complex project coordination and delivery, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to our clients. You will work with a small number of key accounts and be responsible for managing their mental health benefits program, building long-term relationships with clients, and helping to grow and expand our business. This role will be a blend of strategic consulting, project management, and account management, requiring a high degree of collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a small number of key strategic and large client accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our mental health benefits platform.
• Own the delivery of our mental health benefits platform to clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, engineering, clinical, and design, to ensure the successful delivery of customised solutions that meet clients' specific needs
• Develop and execute a mental health benefits program that meets the unique needs of each client, drawing on your experience in management consulting to provide strategic advice and guidance.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, providing regular updates, conducting check-ins, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and use this knowledge to help drive adoption and usage of our mental health benefits platform.
• Collaborate with our internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement in our mental health benefits platform and drive innovation.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of our mental health benefits program, identify areas for improvement, and develop insights that inform our product roadmap.
• Enhancing customer experiences and driving revenue growth through proactive key account management, strategy development, and sales campaign execution within the mental health and wellbeing solutions, with a focus on key strategic accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field required. Master's degree would be a plus but not a requirement
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or account management, preferably in a related industry such as healthcare, HR, change management, management consulting (with focus on Human Capital/Organizational Management) or benefits.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and account management, with experience managing large, complex projects and building long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute on a strategic vision for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

ERM Malaysia is looking to add an Environmental Air and Noise Consultant to the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance and support to ERM Kuala Lumpur team in environmental technical due diligence projects.
• Assess environmental air quality / noise impact, local regulatory compliance and perform regulatory applicability evaluations for technical due diligence projects.
• Assist clients in liaison with Authority Have Jurisdictions (AHJs) relates to technical inquiries environmental air quality and noise.
• Assist in quantifying air pollutant emissions and impacts.
• Evaluate air pollution control technologies, including technical and economic feasibility of air pollution control equipment.
• Prepare recommendations and reporting of results.
• Perform multiple tasks within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.
• Interact and maintain successful relationships with clients, ERM employees, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with other ERM subject matter experts (SMEs) to execute due diligence, impact assessment and risk assessment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in environmental science / environmental engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4-6 years of direct consulting or industry experience involving environmental permitting and compliance. Experience with environmental air and noise modelling is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding local regulatory requirement in environmental air and noise emission.
• Strong hands-on spreadsheet and database comprehension.
• Fluent in English and Malay; capable of excellent report writing in English.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed.
