Responsibilities

• Oversee the Customer Relations Centre for few developments
• Planning and organizing tasks prior to vacant possession

About the role

Monitor Operational Workflow to Ensure a Full Supply Chain Visibility to the Customer

• Receive and control customer bookings according to the processes in place

• Assign customer booking to a selection of freight forwarding agents (3PL)
• Monitor shipments on regular basis (3PL shipment confirmation, milestones completion etc.)

The Head of Customer Experience & Digital leads the long-term Shopping Centre brand development with progressive brand positioning, distinctive brand marketing experiences, and continuously ensures a seamless and inspiring customer journey. A key focus is implementing best in class marketing and customer experience practices and also leading the way to future proof our entire portfolio with a clearly defined digital and innovation roadmap.

Your assignment

• Develop and lead long-term marketing and digital strategies for shopping centres, focusing on both B2C and B2B.
• Define frameworks for local strategy implementation in branding, marketing, CRM, sales promotions, and social media.
• Drive conversions in the brand funnel across all marketing campaigns and activations.
• Oversee ATL creative and media strategies across all centres.
• Manage key communications channels to create awareness for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop PR and communications strategies for Ikano Centres and individual units.
• Lead customer journey strategy development and optimization efforts, including research methodology.
• Manage regional marketing budget and develop business plans in collaboration with centres.
• Support expansion efforts with brand strategy and marketing budget inputs for new centres.
• Drive collaboration with IKEA to maximize cross-sales and visitation.
• Recruit, build, and lead dedicated shopping centre marketing and digital teams.
• Review meeting place concept to ensure alignment with brand positioning and commercial development.
• Implement digital strategy roadmap, focusing on social media, CRM enhancements, and digital innovations.
• Drive development of user-friendly CRM with data analytics for personalized offers.
• Optimize online to offline experience and drive strategic partnerships for new revenue streams.

NIQ Customer Service team is focusing on building positive customer experiences by offering outstanding customer-centric servicing, support resolution on customers’ concerns in a timely and consistent manner. This role drives loyalty and empowerment to enhance our customers' use of our data and tools through specialty expertise, engagement, and solutions; and serves as a liaison between the Commercial team, Quality Assurance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer loyalty by providing digital support and servicing to customers via NIQ Customer Service Online platform, working together with Global Customer Service Center
• Working with Customer Service Lead, Product Leader, and Customer Success team in building a client communication on Product Enhancement, Universe Update & Delivery Details
• Build, upload, and manage local knowledge articles reflecting the latest local service evolution in the NIQ Customer Service Online platform
• Communicate on Product Enhancement, Universe Update & Delivery Details to stakeholders
• Provide clear and accurate responses as well as market expertise to stakeholders
• Achieve competency in NIQ proprietary data mining platform and driving customer’s usage and adoption
• Achieve competency in Microsoft Dynamics, manage dashboards to track and analyze Key Performance Indicators
• Coordinate both local and international sales request as part of NIQ global network, driving NIQ’s bottom line across the organization
• Spearhead improvement projects to drive process optimization and uphold globally acclaimed NIQ data standards
