工作描述：

提供优质的客户服务

积极跟进客户的查询和需求

在销售区域、收银台和服务区域始终达到约定标准

店铺一般运营 - 包括进行吸引人的视觉展示、正确管理库存、盘点库存、保持店铺清洁整洁和组织良好以及行政文书工作

按照正确的程序处理现金和信用卡，实现高效率和准确性

持续了解时尚的最新产品或趋势，以拥有深入的产品知识并有效地与客户沟通

充当时尚美妆顾问，向客户推荐产品并促进产品销售

与客户建立牢固的联系，产生忠诚的客户和重复交易

领导和管理团队成员，带领团队实现更好的收入。

履行上级不时分配的其他职责

 

要求：

職位描述：

• 構思並開發符合品牌 DNA、業務目標和專案要求的改造/改造/轉換的創新設計解決方案
• 將概念設計轉化為詳細的室內設計方案，即方案設計、施工文件和詳細圖（附規格）
• 監督專案從開始到完成的執行，確保品質、預算和時間表的遵守
• 進行現場檢查，確保設計是根據批准的計劃和高品質標準編寫的
• 能夠減少潛在的延誤並解決專案生命週期中可能出現的任何問題
• 支援指定區域的維護和維修工作
• 管理專案預算並確保整個專案的有效成本控制
• 確定節省成本的機會並在不影響專案品質的情況下進行談判或更好的定價
• 與相關部門、承包商、供應商、顧問、商場管理人員和業主就指定項目進行協調，使事情高效、富有成效地向前推進

職位需要：

• 候選人必須至少擁有室內設計、專案管理或相關領域的學位
• 至少 3 年室內設計和專案管理相關領域的經驗
• 精通AutoCAD、3D軟體和Microsoft Office
• 涉足零售業將是一個優勢

Job Responsibilities

• Follow the company SOP to do, handle full set account & tax work, and activities
  Review and check all company finance related reports, claims and transaction based on the company policy & procedures
• Familiar with finance, account management framework, processes, internal cost controls to run a strategic management on the organisation’s risk exposure in relation filed of finance, costing, credit risks, foreign exchange rate, accounting system, other related areas across the company.
• Any ad-hoc account job task may be instructed from time to time by director, authorized personnel of company.
• Have a very good know-how in taxes, auditing and full set accounting system.
• Ensure that all periodic reports are promptly done and follow properly submitted to the relevant authorities and properly units

Job Requirements

• Candidate should have work experience in related fields
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proficient in Mandarin, English
• Must be know read & write in Mandarin
• Have good communication skills, initiative, able to handle work pressure, teamwork spirit, multi-tasking.
• Able travel between KL & Klang
• Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
   

Candidate’s requirements:

• Candidate must possess either a Professional certificate or bachelor’s degree in accountancy/Banking/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
• At least SPM, Diploma/Degree in Accounting or other related accounting field with 3 years working experience.
• Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadline and timely deliverable.
• Required skill(s): SAP and SQL accounting system will be added advantage.
• A team player who is self-motivated, independent.
• Required language: English, Malay and Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin client, vendor, stakeholder) 所需语言：英语、马来语和华语.
