Job Descriptions:
Prospecting, plan and conduct sales visits and customer call.
Leads generation and nurture the opportunities
Develop customer database
Create detailed proposals / quotation, including technical specifications, diagrams, and pricing
Prepare & conduct technical presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the proposed solutions.
Monitor sales quotations, follow up with customers and address any remaining questions or concerns and overcome the barriers.
Take necessary steps to expedite execution of a purchase order to be closed within the forecasted schedule
Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Build & maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and providing ongoing support.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma / B. Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
Min 2-3 Year(s) of relevant experience in equipment and/or solution with proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering roles is an advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Strong understanding of engineering / technical concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Possess own driving license, vehicle & willingness to travel within Malaysia

Site planning, coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project
Coordinating with sub-contractors on site work and resolve site issues
Report to Senior Project/ Project Manager on project updates
Planning and order material
Prepare inspection form and inspect according with RE/RTO
Quality check and control for finished works
Progress control on structure works
Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time
Plan and control site works
Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
Read, execute and maintenance site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team
Ensure quality of work meets requirements of regulatory bodies
Any other duties assigned by the management or superior

Responsibilities: -
- To fully coordinate, monitor, supervise and responsible for the safe operation of lifts / escalators / travellators / dumb waiters and comply to JKKP Regulations
- The lifts defects & works orders are well coordinated & executed on time. Need to check and ensure no safety defects before all JKKP inspections
- To carry out and ensure JKKP 2nd schedule is fully complied & endorsed
- To lead by providing guidelines and work solution to your subordinates and regularly train them on safety and technical operation
- To follow up closely on the work orders, quotation and payment collection
- To perform regularly and timely site checks and to submit report on at least 5 job site per month. To ensure no safety defects during JQA inspections
- To visit customers regularly and maintain good PR with them
- To ensure call backs are attended in less than 30 minutes for man trapped case, less than 90 minutes or normal breakdown. Analysis reports need to be submitted for all man trapped case, and for breakdown of 2 time or more in a month
- Any other assignments that be adjusted and given by immediate Superior or Management from time to time
Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in related field
- At least 1 year in related working experience is required. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

3. In-depth understanding and extensive experience with game audio technology, familiar with commonly used audio tools and engines. (e.g. MetaSounds, FMOD, etc)
4. Experience with audio programming languages and possess good programming skills. (e.g. C++, C#)
5. Experience with sound editing and recording equipment. (e.g. mixing)
6. Working knowledge of recording software and hardware (e.g. Logic Pro, Adobe Audition)
7. Knowledge of how to utilize Unity and Unreal Engine for audio integration and implementation.
8. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate closely with game development teams.
9. Prior experience in audio engineering or related positions is preferred.
