Job Responsibilities:

This role is critical to support Security & Safety Manager in ensuring the safety of guest, associate, visitors/vendors/suppliers and property, work proactively to prevent theft and vandalism, responds to the needs of associate, offers assistance to those in need, provides excellent customer services, and takes direction from department supervisory/management associate. Job Requirements:

• Must have minimum 4 years of working experiences in the safety and security. Past experiences in resort environment will be an added advantage.      
• Strong analysis, investigation and documentation skills.
• Ability to support and lead a team of people towards a specific objective.
• Able to support the Security & Safety Manager in specific service projects and managing them until completion.
• Able to perform root cause analysis and investigation.

• To conduct desk and field investigation for both issuing and merchant acquiring fraud.
• To identify gaps along the processes to minimize fraud risks.
