工作職責

人力資源職責與員工管理：

• 管理人員離職。
• 確保工資核算流程及時、準確。
• 審查、發展和維護公司所有與人力資源相關的組成部分。
• 維護和組織員工資料庫。
• 制定並實施部門預算。
• 提供人力資源實務諮詢，就人力資源實務向高階管理團隊和其他職能負責人提供建議。
• 指導和發展人力資源團隊成員。
• 支援 根據需要執行其他日常人力資源基本營運支援。

政策、紀律問題與合規性：

• 制定、更新和實施人力資源政策和程序。
• 確保有效且有效率地管理員工關係問題，包括員工投訴的調查和解決。
• 確保人力資源實務符合聯邦、州和地方的就業法律法規。
• 員工諮詢和勞資關係
• 公平一致地處理和處理員工紀律問題（包括諮詢、申訴處理、績效不佳、不當行為、國內調查等）。

招募組織：

• 能夠在快節奏和動態的環境中有效地執行多項任務，
• 能夠在壓力下按時完成工作。
• 精通 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook）。
• 商業、人力資源學士學位或同等教育和/或經驗。人力資源認證是一個優勢。
