Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the HOD.
• Responsible for company asset management.
• Recommend improvements or process enhancements to improve team productivity and cost efficiency.
• Deliver and manage administrative processes, assist in the compilation and documentation of administrative policies and procedures.
• Ensure the administrative records of the department are kept up to date and all necessary filing is made on a timely basis.
• Produce and monitor regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive orders from customers, input order details into the sales system, work closely with the agents to ensure they get all the required details for posting.
• Respond to inquiries from client and sales agent via whatapps.
• Maintain organized files and records, including leases, tenant information, maintenance requests, and financial documents.
• Assist on designing poster for events, festive session or any required from the management.
• Assist in designing shirts, namecard, banner, bunting, marketing tools and etc. 
• Input watermark in all the company’s ads.
• Work closely with marketing team on the design.
