• To assist the Executive Director, General Manager and check the debtor accounts together in the Sales  & Marketing Department. To take full responsibility on the debtor aging control over Sales and Marketing Dept.  
• Budgetary Control. 
  ~Monitoring the Variance Report.
  ~Highlight the current position against reality of budget.

• Assist General Manager on legal matter.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
• Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
• Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
• Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
• Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
• Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
• Able to handle Full set Account will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Auto Count Accounting System.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Update and prepare all bank transactions on daily basis. 
• Prepare inter-company billing for Holding Company and subsidiaries. 
• Perform bank reconciliation and statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Keep track of all payment and expenses including purchase order, invoices and statements
• Checking vendor invoices
• Notify payment by provide remittance advice to supplier/ vendor.
• Review and monitor monthly / weekly cash flow forecast and maintain cash liquidity for the company

REQUREMENTS

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• Required skills: Attention to details and accuracy, proactive and responsible with positive work attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well organized and able to work under pressure/ tight dateline.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
