Apprentice

At Maersk Supply Service, you’ll be part of a leading organization dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and efficient marine solutions to the energy sector. Based in Rio de Janeiro, you’ll join a dynamic team of professionals across operations, technical, commercial, supply chain, HSE, finance, and HR, each bringing expertise to navigate the complexities of our industry.

Your main responsibility will be to:

• Assist in administrative, human resources and crewing routines.
• Ensure that required certificates for Rio office are duly updated.
• Maintain an adequate level of office administrative supplies.
• Support organizing facilities and supplies for company events.
• Sustain good condition of Rio Office maintenance.
• Support local administrative and HR supplier’s through MSS invoicing system.

In addition, others would identify you as dedicated, self-driven, energized, service-minded, positive, able to multitask, and maintain focus while working in a dynamic and busy environment.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills.
• You are energized and enjoy teamwork.
• Holds a results-oriented and detail-oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English.
• Concluded high school or have just started university.
• Between 18 and 22 years old.

Working Conditions

• Applicants should have a Work Permit to work in Brazil.
• The role will be based on Maersk Supply Service office.
• Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and the process will be closed when the right candidate is found; thus, we encourage you to apply by December 27th.
• After the recruitment process, you will be enrolled in an official institution that runs the Apprentice Program.
• One day per week, you will be assigned to attend proper training at the assigned institution.
