Data Engineer Associate at BairesDev

In this role, you'll work with modern data systems and contribute to data pipelines. You'll work with big data while supporting digital products like apps, ML algorithms, and databases. This is your opportunity to collaborate on Data Office processes and products, contributing to big data projects while working with data engineering systems.

What You'll Do:

- Support development of big data pipelines on Databricks.

- Help build frameworks for business users.

- Contribute to API development for internal applications.

- Support data platform management.

- Help document data products.

What we are looking for:

- Background as a Data Engineer.

- Experience with Python.

- Familiarity with Databricks.

- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Understanding of distributed computation, including Spark and SQL.

- Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with PySpark.

- Knowledge of data platform policies and governance.

- Experience building frameworks for non-technical users.

- Understanding of ML pipelines and data products.
