What You Will Do
- Build specialized, extensible CrewAI Tools (using @tool and class-based patterns) for deterministic actions and hardware control.
- Apply Test‑Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure tools and APIs behave as expected.
- Support the development of MCP servers that connect AI agents to internal systems.
- Implement APIs using FastAPI and GraphQL, following existing patterns and guidelines.
- Write and maintain technical documentation in Confluence and help track tasks and technical debt in Jira.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English.
- Solid foundations in Python 3.11+ and knowledge of TypeScript/React.
- Hands‑on experience with FastAPI and introductory knowledge of GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Python tooling such as PyTest and Pydantic.
- Strong interest in AI agents (CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar)
- Willingness to work with testing, documentation, and structured development processes.
Nice To Have
- Experience with LangSmith, LangFuse, or Arize Phoenix.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced enviroment.
- Exposure to software that evaluates or critiques outputs (e.g., validation or verification systems).
