At Amicorp, we're looking for an Account Manager to join our Company Management Services team, supporting our Bahamas office.
This is a unique opportunity to work with global clients, complex structures, and cross-border solutions — all while being based in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
You'll manage your own portfolio of international clients, acting as a trusted advisor across corporate, legal, and administrative matters.
You Will
Manage and develop relationships with an international client portfolio
Support the setup and administration of companies, partnerships, and trusts
Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters
Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Compliance, Banking)
Prepare and review corporate documents (resolutions, minutes, filings)
Ensure entities remain compliant and in good standing
Identify opportunities to grow your portfolio and contribute to business development
Monitor your own targets, chargeability, and performance
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is client-focused, commercially driven, and comfortable working in an international environment.
3+ years of experience in corporate services, fiduciary, trust, or financial services
A degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Tax, or similar
Strong understanding of international regulations (CRS, FATCA, BEPS, ESR, etc.)
Experience managing corporate structures and client portfolios
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
