Pros: The best part about working at Ceci RH is definitely the flexibility. As an HR Analyst, being able to work remotely has significantly improved my work-life balance and productivity. The team is generally supportive, and there's a good exposure to various aspects of recruitment and HR consulting. It's a place where you can learn a lot, especially if you're interested in the recruitment industry.
Cons: While flexibility is great, sometimes communication can be a bit fragmented, especially with remote teams spread across different projects. There are also periods of high workload, common in HR consulting, which can strain resources. Some internal processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency for the HR and recruiting teams.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in tools and clear communication channels to enhance collaboration, especially for remote employees. Recognize the efforts of your HR and recruiting teams during peak periods.
