Pros: The sense of purpose is immense; you genuinely feel like you're making a difference for children and families. Teletón fosters a strong sense of teamwork and community among staff, which creates a supportive work environment. I've learned a lot about pediatric rehabilitation and seen opportunities to take on more responsibility.
Cons: While there are opportunities to grow, the formal career progression can sometimes feel unclear or depend heavily on specific projects. During peak fundraising seasons, the workload can become quite intense, impacting work-life balance temporarily. Communication channels could also be more streamlined across different departments.
Advice to Management: Continue investing in structured training programs and clearer pathways for advancement. Exploring more flexible work arrangements where feasible could also boost employee satisfaction and retention in the long run.

Pros: The mission at Teletón is truly inspiring; you feel like you're making a tangible difference daily. The community support for the organization is incredible. My colleagues were supportive and genuinely passionate about their roles, creating a strong sense of camaraderie. For anyone in the healthcare field in Chile looking for purpose, it's a great place.
Cons: Resources can sometimes be stretched thin, affecting workflow and access to certain equipment or materials. This can add pressure to an already demanding schedule. Improving operational efficiency would benefit both staff and patients, especially in a region like Arica.
Advice to Management: Continue investing in professional development and exploring ways to optimize resource allocation. Enhanced administrative support could alleviate burnout and boost overall productivity.
