As a Data Analyst, you transform complex datasets into growth levers for our marketing strategy. You bridge the gap between raw data and commercial reality to optimize customer knowledge and our loyalty programs. Your role is essential in supporting strategic decisions through precise, data-driven analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Identify customer segments and analyze purchasing habits to detect new commercial opportunities.
- Loyalty Tracking: Decipher the behavior of "Bonus Card" holders to measure the impact of our marketing actions.
- Business Insights: Translate complex figures and intricate charts into clear language for all audiences, converting them into concrete, actionable business behaviors.
- Predictive Modeling: Calculate Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to anticipate future consumer needs.
- Data Storytelling: Create visual dashboards (Looker/Tableau) to make data accessible and intuitive for stakeholders.
- Oral Presentation: Communicate your findings in a simplified and pedagogical manner during meetings with both peers and senior management.
- Technical Management: Manipulate and structure databases via SQL and BigQuery while ensuring data reliability. Master the Google Cloud environment.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze interactions across Web, App, and In-store touchpoints to improve the overall customer experience.
Your Profile
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Business Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science.
- Technical Skills: * Mandatory mastery of SQL
- Experience with BigQuery or visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in the Google Workspace/Cloud environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to demystify technical analyses for non-expert audiences and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Mindset: An analytical spirit combined with a sharp business sense for the retail sector.
- Soft Skills: Assertive communicator capable of presenting conclusions with conviction; high attention to details.
- Languages: Trilingual in French, Dutch, and English
