Job description:
We’re looking for a proactive and independent Finance Business Partner (FP&A Manager) to join our Finance team in Anderlecht. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and improving forecasting and reporting processes. As a trusted partner to management, you’ll go beyond numbers, providing insights, challenging assumptions, and helping shape our business direction.
What You’ll Do
Prepare, analyze, and communicate monthly financial results, including variance analysis against budget and forecast. Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with business leaders and department heads. Provide meaningful financial insights and KPIs to support strategic and operational decision-making. Develop and improve reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, ERP).
Drive improvements in processes, accuracy, and financial visibility across the organization. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance to ensure alignment and compliance with internal policies. Take ownership of ad hoc analyses and business cases to support growth initiatives. Be a real business partner – proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to go the extra mile beyond your scope.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administrat
ion.5+ years’ experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Business Finance ro
les.Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial report
ing.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365, Oracle, SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel / Power BI skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, able to explain complex data clearly.
Languages: English, French, and Dutch.
Self-starter, analytical thinker, and problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
