Purpose We are looking for a hands-on IT Analyst Developer to join our team at our Liège site. This is a dynamic role combining application development, ERP support, and on-site IT involvement to ensure the continuity and improvement of critical systems, including labelling and reporting infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our local team and wider IT department to maintain legacy systems while helping shape the transition to more modern technologies.

- Application Development & Maintenance
- Maintain, improve, and modernize in-house applications developed in VB.NET, WinDev, and WebDev.
- Lead and execute software changes to streamline internal processes and reduce technical debt.
- Support and develop around BarTender Labelling Solutions (experience preferred, not required).
- Provide support for ERP-related queries .
- Work closely with ERP vendors and internal teams to implement change requests and resolve issues.
- Use SQL for custom reporting and data troubleshooting.
- Offer on-site IT presence to support day-to-day hardware/software issues .
- Handle occasional general administrative tasks (e.g., ordering IT supplies, supporting printer setups, etc.) .
Qualification
Must-Have
- Strong programming background with VB.NET, SQL, and ideally WinDev/WebDev ( nice-to-have ).
- Experience with reporting tools and working alongside ERP systems.
- Comfortable working fully on-site and interacting directly with business users and hardware components.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English .
- Solid grasp of broader IT fundamentals – networking, devices, user support.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with BarTender
- Background in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Experience working in SMEs or multi-functional roles.
