You will play an important role in creating a positive learning culture and ensuring our teams are aligned with IHG brand standards and service excellence.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in hotel HR operations, Learning & Development, and international hospitality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & DevelopmentCoordinate and schedule employee training sessionsPrepare training materials, attendance lists, certificates, and presentationsMaintain accurate training records and follow-up documentationTrack completion of mandatory IHG trainings and compliance modulesSupport departmental trainers and managers with operational training needsOnboarding ExperienceAssist with onboarding and orientation for new team membersPrepare welcome packs and onboarding documentationSupport new employees during their integration into the hotelEmployee EngagementHelp organize colleague activities, celebrations, and engagement initiativesSupport internal communication related to training and HR projectsPromote a positive workplace culture aligned with IHG valuesHR Administrative SupportAssist the HR team with administrative tasks and reportingSupport training audits and quality standards follow-upParticipate in HR and operational projects when requiredWhat We Are Looking ForCurrently studying Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPassionate about hospitality and people developmentStrong organizational and communication skillsPositive attitude and team spiritComfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a strong advantageDynamic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced hotel environmentWhat We OfferA hands-on internship experience within an international hotel environmentExposure to hotel operations and HR best practicesMentoring and coaching from experienced hospitality professionalsOpportunities to develop communication, leadership, and organizational skillsA supportive and multicultural working environmentStaff meals duringStaff accommodation available
