You’ll start as a Software Developer in our Research & Development department to gain experience with Odoo’s ecosystem, with the opportunity to later apply internally to the AI team.

As an Artificial Intelligence Developer, you will contribute to the development of AI/LLM-powered features directly integrated into the platform, including AI-computed fields, conversational agents, voice-to-text functionalities, OCR, and intelligent document parsing. You will work on practical, production-ready AI applications used by thousands of businesses worldwide, leveraging external LLMs such as GPT and Gemini through inference APIs to build intelligent business features and workflows.

In the AI team, you will experience various parts of the development process: Research, development, maintenance, server management, and support from time to time.

• Programming Languages: Python & JavaScript
• Database: PostgreSQL (with object relational mapping)
• Collaboration platform: GitHub
• Development model: Open with external community
• Framework: Odoo (ORM, Workflows, Report Engine, BI, AI)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain APIs
• Research new services that are not always straightforward (OCR and some AI stuff)
• Be responsible of what you develop

Must have:

• Several programming languages
• Object-oriented programming language
• Passion for development
• Experience with relational databases
• Problem-solving skills
• Quick & Autonomous learner
• Read & Written English

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor or Master Degree
