We’re looking for a Java Software Engineer who wants to work on a large-scale, mission-critical, modern cloud platform that enables secure access for financial institutions worldwide.
This is a true engineering role, not just development. Together with your team, you will help ensure that the application layer of the platform is secure, performant and future-proof. The platform is used by thousands of financial institutions globally.

Your Role
- Design and develop business applications within the cloud platform
- Build and enhance connectivity and integration solutions
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle (design, development, testing)
- Improve the platform’s resilience, availability and data integrity
- Participate in design reviews and propose technical improvements
- Support colleagues with technical guidance and help solve engineering challenges
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Resolve issues reported by integration and testing teams
Who are you?
- 1–3 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer
- Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Experience with API development or system integration is a plus
- Interest in (or willingness to learn) technologies such as Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD and observability tools
- Basic understanding of security concepts (authentication, authorisation, roles and permissions) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
