WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and more using the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES), Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems, etc.
Register TRICARE beneficiaries in the Composite Health Care System (CHCS)
Resolve enrollment discrepancies between systems, and run weekly reports
Perform individual and/or batch Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes, following the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines
Provide education on TRICARE resources and benefits, enrollment/disenrollment information, and customer service to beneficiaries on the phone and in person
Collect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information to support the TRICARE active-duty portability/disenrollment process

The National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking a Software Developer with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems on a mission-critical program supporting the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Leidos is seeking a Transport Network Specialist to support related efforts for SMIT, the largest IT services program for the Navy. Leidos has an immediate for a Systems Specialist Lead to support AHLTA/CHCS systems at our facility at our facility at Sigonella Navy Base Italy.
The Systems Specialist Lead will perform systems analysis of these systems. Supports the installation of computer operating systems, application software, and computer hardware and provides hot-line support to customers and possesses troubleshooting skills and knowledge of the MHS clinical systems and Windows environment and OS. Analyzes and supports technical documentation detailing installation procedures. Supports the overall integration of all system peripherals so that they can operate correctly within a predefined environment. Manages the overall installation and maintenance of CHCS/AHLTA hardware and software on a daily basis. Monitors overall system performance. Oversees daily operations of system at the customer site to ensure system availability.
