Deskripsi Tugas Utama :-

Bertanggungjawab menguruskan fungsi-fungsi perakaunan dan kewangan syarikat di bawah portfolio bagi memastikan pengurusan dan perkhidmatan kewangan terbaik dan berkesan bagi kumpulan YPJ Holdings Sdn. Bhd. mengikut penetapan amalan piawaian perakaunan oleh agensi kerajaan dan badan profesional.

Accounts Payables

• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
• Maintain Vendor and Staff records in Finance System
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, inclusive of staff claims.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries on invoices
• Keeping accurate records by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions

Accounts Receivables

• Maintain Customer records in the Finance System
• Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions- accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures including verifying classifying computing posting and recording accounts receivables data
• Prepare sales invoices and update bank deposits
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries on invoices
• Performing account reconciliations producing monthly financial and management reports.

Handling of Project Accounting

• Check event budget form validity and route to the relevant authority for approval
• Maintaining events in the finance System

Others:

Requreiment:

About The Role

As an Executive/Senior Executive in ALPS, you will be base in our HQ at Jalan Bukit Merah and will be responsible for monthly closing (AP/AR/GL), audit schedules, and cost centre reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly closing of GL/AP/AR to meet the group submission timeline
• Perform billings for all outgoing stock movements/services rendered to customers by the scheduled billing period

Overview*

We are expanding our team of Finance professionals to support the campus development activities in Alexandra Hospital (AH). Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the Finance work group (as part of the campus program office) to plan, organize and implement the necessary set-up activities as AH transition to its redeveloped campus and scale in year 2028. You will be a key Finance resource partner to collaborate with various Finance and cross-functional Ops and clinical teams to map out the set-up activities, drive the implementation and change management. You will also lead a team to provide oversight and manage all costing and pricing matters for AH, formulate its strategy, carry out benchmark analysis and make recommendations that ensures affordable and sustainable care to our patients.

Job Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for the following:

• Lead the Finance work group under the AH campus redevelopment program office, to plan, organize and implement the Finance and Business Office set-up activities necessary for the expansion and operationalization of AH in year 2028 and beyond.
• As the key Finance resource to the other clinical and operations work group leads, to collaborate and provide value added support to ensure the collective campus development program office’s milestones and deliverables are met.
• Lead the Costing & Pricing team in the periodic reviews of cost and drivers, oversee the cost allocation activity, and perform periodic cost refresh and fee revision cycles.
