Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, service and repair of all electrical and mechanical equipment on site, including electrical control panels, 3 phase electrics, control circuits, wax presses, shell room and furnace equipment
• Assist manufacturing/production team in achieving targets and optimising machine run times
• Prioritise maintenance requests and carry out planned, preventative maintenance effectively
• Understand and support plant improvement projects

Experience in Construction, engineering, or mining industry terminology is desirable and beneficial. As is any recruitment or HR based experience or knowledge.

Are you an experienced grader/ scraper operator and interested in working on the largest critical infrastructure project in Europe?

Our client has been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across a 225km section of the new high speed rail link between Euston and Birmingham, and we are proud to supply grader/ scraper operators, among many other skilled trades and labour across multiple sites and projects.

Presently, the scope of works include viaducts, shafts, tunnelling, road diversions, overbridges and over 100 million cubic metres of excavation, over the course of the next 4+ years. We have a lot of work ahead of us… are you the plant operator we are looking for?

Successful applicants will need:
* CPCS (Blue card) or NPORS
* 2 years experience
* Driving licence and own vehicle (due to the location of the role - no public transport)

* Pay rate: £23.05
* Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts
* Contract type: PAYE
* Location: Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire

Digs/ mileage allowance available depending on distance
