The Head of Hybrid IT and Security (ASEAN + India) scope covers Cloud and Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure Management Services and Enterprise Cyber Security. This position is to provide strategy and vision to secure revenue growth, implementing, leading and managing and developing the Service Line (Hybrid IT and Security).

The leader will be responsible for all aspects of delivered quality across the portfolio and ensuring that services are effectively defined and competitive. Looking for someone with 15+ years overall IT experience, and experience in managing Line of Services.

This position is responsible for delivering billable network services by delivering superior technical solutions to all target customers, particularly in Security and network (LAN) solutions.

Responsibilities:

Ensure best practice is leveraged in providing the solutions to target accounts

Provide support to customers, particularly in Security products such as Firewalls, IPS, IDS (e.g. Palo Alto, Checkpoint, McAfee, Bluecoat, F5) products, transferring customers’ requirements into a solution based on Fujitsu solutions and services. Owns technical design from concept to subsequent implementation; responsible for design, configuration, testing and commissioning of solutions

Manage first level escalation of any deployment issues and problems. Note and escalate service development required to meet customer needs

Role Purpose

This role will support several programs as directed by the Change Management Lead across APAC. The level of support varies based on the identified program/ project’s needs and may range from an advisory role to being responsible for the planning and delivery of change activities.

This role will support the key initiative OneERP+ as well as other programs underway. Being across various programs and working with in-country stakeholders the Senior Change Manager will gain significant insights over time to effectively inform change management initiatives and contribute to a holistic view of stakeholder impacts across the portfolio of change programs in the APAC region.

Change Management Support OneERP+

The Senior Change Manager is responsible for supporting the organisational change management activities across functional streams as part of a strategic business transformation program - OneERP+.

This will involve working within a broader OneERP+ Change Management team to create, align and implement strategies and plans that maximise adoption throughout the APAC region of new global processes and practices.

This role works alongside a team of Workstream Change Leads and Training and Communication resources and will contribute to the identification, creation and execution of change related activities.

Providing country specific insights will improve the impact and localisation of initiatives and outputs of the broader change management team in OneERP+.

Change Management Support (other initiatives)

The Senior Change Manager is responsible for supporting organisational change management activities across various programs/ projects within the region.

This will involve helping to design and implement change activities and artefacts that create a seamless journey through the change process for our employees, enabling them to build a connection and a sustained commitment to new ways of working.

Reporting to the Change Management Lead, this role will provide country specific insights to manage the impact and support localisation of initiatives and outputs relevant to the local audiences impacted by the changes.

This is a hands-on delivery role and requires an experienced Change Management practitioner who can translate concepts into output and has strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Accountabilities

The responsibilities of this role will vary depending on which programs/ projects they support in which capacity and may comprise of the following aspects:

· Provide change management expertise and leadership to key programs, whilst provide context and input into managing cultural differences across the APAC region.

· Partner with leaders, subject matter experts and employees across the business to understand, plan, design, implement and monitor change that drives success against organisation goals.

· Support the development and delivery of effective change activities leading to highly engaging employee experiences which promote ongoing engagement in change and the corporate strategic direction across APAC.

· Degree or equivalent work experience, formal qualification in change management discipline such as PROSCI desired

Experience

The Portfolio Strategy Unit has been newly created to establish and foster effective global portfolio management across Fujitsu’s businesses and regions.

Your role will involve working closely with the Fujitsu Global Business Groups (BGs) leading these areas, but also with Fujitsu’s Regions and key corporate functions, in order to build a facts-based, indepth understanding of the market (trends, customers, competition) as well as of Fujitsu’s current position and future potential. The Corporate Development Associate will:

· Work with the Asia Pacific Strategy team and its key business stakeholders, to identify, initiate and execute inorganic growth opportunities within the Fujitsu Asia Pacific business and M&A strategy.

· Develop and maintain financial evaluation models for businesses that Fujitsu may acquire.

· Maintain and update APAC M&A target lists and deal register.

· Initiate and build relationships with owners and management of potential acquisition targets and communicate Fujitsu’s strategic investments value proposition.
