What you will do:

Business Process Improvement/automation:

• Perform as-is and to-be workflow analysis. Analyse factors that drive process performance.

Data and Workflow Management:

• Develop and maintain efficient data workflows using SQL and Alteryx to automate reports end-to-end
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can drive business decisions and change.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to present data insights in a visually appealing and easily understandable manner.

About the Role

Someone who is passionate about pushing boundaries for BI dashboards. From data flows to story-telling, you will be responsible for redefining AIA’s analytics landscape by working with various stakeholders to deliver best-in-class analytics solutions, improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

The main objectives of this position are to manage general account and ILP funds that invest in external mandates/funds within Equities, reporting to the Head of Global Equities, in order to consistently deliver alpha from investments in equity markets, with a focus on risk control as per agreed volatility budget/constraints of each portfolio.

The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Payroll Specialist – SAP Technical, to join our Financial Services business and set up the payroll system, conducting periodic reviews, resolving malfunctions, and fixing problems. This role will be based in our AIA Sydney office.

The successful candidate would be responsible for:
• Advising users to formulate and document business requirements.
• Working with payroll vendor to edit personnel calculation schemas, personnel calculation rules, and features as per business requirement.
• Evaluating wage type characteristics and outputs ensuring compliance with legislation (PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workers’ comp, FBT etc.)
• Processing UAT testing, upgrades, and system upgrades

• Support end to end processing of payrolls for both AIA & CMLA entities including third party payments and statutory reporting when required.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

About the Role

You will be responsible for the overall Cyber Security Operations (including IAM/EDR/DLP etc.), security posture (VMS, regular IVA, EVA and WAS) and baselines governance of AIA Singapore and local/group security projects deliverables.

About the Role

To be responsible for asset management (landlord perspective), facilities management (tenant perspective) and project management (building improvement & office fit-out works) in all AIAS owned and leased properties. To be accountable and responsible for respective building management performance and service delivery

What you will do:

1. Asset Management (20%)

• Responsible for the daily operation of the building facilities/M&E equipment management and control of the common property as to provide proper, safe and functional environment for the benefit of all the occupants/ tenants
• Responsible to recommend/implement the installation/provision of additional building facilities/M&E equipment or improvements to the common area
• Responsible for the implementation of M&E plant/equipment maintenance program, including obtain and review quotations, recommendations of award, supervision of completed works and processing of payment to vendors
• Review and identify any areas of improvement for asset operation for both soft services and M&E systems and ensure that the operation of the asset is optimal at all times.
• Designated as Fire Safety Manager (FSM) to promote fire safety program and enforce fire safety regulations. Also act as Liaison Officer for security and safety issues of SSWG Cluster if needed
• Responsible for maintaining/updating of proper records/inventory of all building assets/equipment
• Responsible for compliance of regulatory requirements and regulations especially on EHS, green and ESG initiatives

2. Facilities Management (20%)

• Responsible for the daily operation, supervision and maintenance of user department’s facilities/equipment/assets including office layout planning, design and supervision of the works done by the service providers/contractors
• Responsible to handle/co-ordinate all user’s requests/complaints on matters relating to maintenance, acquisition, transfer and disposal of office equipment/ furniture including administrative work to prepare capital expenditure budget, award, prepare purchase requisites, issue purchase orders, process payment and charge/ apportion/ bill to user department’s operating expenses
• Responsible for the issuance and termination of security acess cards or allocation of access codes to users/ agents
• Responsible for maintaining/updating of proper records/inventory of all user department’s asset/equipment including stock check on company's fixed assets
• Understand and familiar with Corporate’s requirements, polices, standards and procedure.

3. People Management (15%)

• Responsible for attending users/tenants request/feedback/complaints and take appropriate corrective remedial/rectification action
• Build and maintain good relationship with internal users (Staff & Agency Force) and 3rd party tenants
• Coach, train and develop junior property manager to become better manager for better service delivery
• Assist in overseeing the operation of soft services which includes management of service providers and tenant’s feedback in a fair manner.

4. Financial Management (10%)

• Run building & CAPEX budget including preparation, monitoring and control of the budget Manage service fees including monthly advice on changes in rental, service charges and car park charges for AIA, 3rd party tenants

5. Procurement & Vendor Management (15%)

• Responsible for procurement of all asset and facilities management related services contracts/goods, including preparation, review and negotiating contract
• Adhere to current procurement guidelines and SOPs
• Lead all service providers’ performance and take appropriate actions

6. Building Improvement & Office Fit-Out Works (15%)

• Lead building improvement, renovations and retrofitting works for the common area
• Lead fitting out works including budgeting, tendering, supervision and co- ordination between users, contractors and building consultants/authorities, and procurement of equipment/ furniture/ facilities within budget and timeframe.

7. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements (5%)

The main objectives of this position are to manage and oversee AIA IM efforts and delivery of our MAS ESG -Sustainability commitments. These commitments come from 2 sources:

1. MAS in Singapore and the obligations/guidelines for AMCs to drive sustainability scenario analysis and engagement impacts and reporting; and
2. Singapore Sustainable Finance Association (SSFA) focus on a few key areas.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and implement the ESG target operating model in Investment Management to allow us to meet these current and future sustainability commitments.
• Assist the Chief Investment Officer in developing strong ESG capabilities and embed these into the teams in order to deliver the increasing complex needs of the MAS and the AIA insurance clients.
• Work closely with internal parties to achieve the objectives above and avoid duplication of effort.
• To support the Research & Stewardship team in the rollout and development of AIA’s ESG requirements as and when they overlap with the MAS requirements. This may include 1) portfolio ESG monitoring and transition management and 2) reporting on engagement with underlying investee companies.
• Expected to partner with Middle Office reporting to ensure we stay ahead of both local MAS but also AIA requirements on data and infrastructure.

About the Role

This position is responsible for to providing consultation, professional advice, awareness/training on information security and key technology risk matters relating to the abovementioned geographical responsibilities, thereby contributing to building a strong information security risk culture cantered on people, processes and technology. The role will also coordinate regular governance engagements and being involved in technology-related audit engagements for AIA Singapore, and exercise professional judgment and assessments on the material to be provided by the various process and control owners for the audits.

What you will do:

Information Security & Technology Risk Metrics

• Support the alignment of various information security and technology risk metrics for management reporting and escalation – this includes reporting/escalation of outstanding or overdue action required from penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, security incidents, policy/standards deviations, third party security assessments, etc.
• Drive the monthly Technology Security Governance forum focusing on highlighting metrics impacting the Company’s cybersecurity metrics.
• Collate and review collated metrics and material relating to the Operational Risk Management forums, Key Risk Indicators and Key Risk Tolerance Indicators for cybersecurity and technology processes.

Risk Assessments, Audit and Regulatory Management

• Support Technology related audit engagements with statutory auditor and regulator, following up with relevant parties to ensure all issues identified are remediated.
• Support the delivery of annual IT risk and control self-assessment exercises according to MAS regulatory notices/guidelines, internal enterprise IT policies, and standards.

Policy, Standards and Exception Management

• Communicate material changes to internal policies/standards to collaborators. Facilitate risk evaluations and exception handling to deviations from the policies, standards and regulatory requirements.

What you should have:

• University degree in one of the following or related disciplines (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Systems).
• 5 years or more of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of experience in IT audit, risk management, compliance and/or governance roles, with particular expertise and knowledge of governance reporting of technology risk issues and cybersecurity.
• Rich working experience from financial industry, big tech firms or established auditing firms will be considered favorably.
• Experience and exposure in information security standards such as ISO27001 and PCIDSS will be an advantage.
• Preferably a holder of one or more of the following information security and audit qualifications: Security+ and CEH.
• Candidates with advanced level qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CCSP will have added advantage.
• Good Communication, Coordination and Interpersonal Skills. Good experience working alongside and opposite external auditors as well as regulatory bodies Meticulous and analytical traits Strong programme/Project Management skills High drive, energy and good demeanor over teamwork High levels of professional integrity.
• Eagerness to learn and develop one’s knowledge in information security and computing, especially on emerging computing fields such as cloud security, DevSecOps, etc.

About the Role

The candidate will play a pivotal role to kickstart and craft AIA Agency Distribution’s social media presence (via Instagram) and Agency Distribution editorial (AD Buzz), specifically targeting our agency force. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, creative and able to ideate, build compelling contents to drive awareness, engagement and efficiency of our Life Planners, and supports AIA Agency Distribution in achieving business and recruitment growth.

• Kickstart, develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for AIA Agency Distribution’s Instagram account (social media) and Agency Distribution editorial (AD Buzz).
• Collaborate with cross-functional collaborators to proactively build and develop engagement and promotional materials to be disseminated to AIA’s agency force. This includes but is not limited to circulars, email communications, iCari posters and videos, video storyboard, articles, digital app notifications, AD Buzz (agency editorial /e-magazine). Content crafted is sought at achieving objective of growing awareness, inspire change management and increase participation and adoption of all AIA’s business initiatives such as contest, campaign, new products, digital applications and platforms.
• Own the creation of monthly Chief Agency Distribution Officer's business roll-down presentation deck by initiating topics and drafting outline, guide and work with designers to build the end product of monthly business roll-down deck.
• Proactively conduct event coverage, hot/ tactical topic coverage, new initiatives launches by engaging with AIA management and agency force for interviews and success stories sharing to produce weekly bite size and impactful contents to agency force to be published on AIA Instagram account and/or AD Buzz.
• Collaborate with a team of designers and writers to build the end-product of all communication collateral e.g., posters, videos that will be disseminated to the agency force.
• Track, supervise and evaluate efficiency and results of contents built for AIA agency force Instagram, AD Buzz and iCari and propose activities for improvement.  

Job Requirements:

Education: If you have a tertiary qualification in Communication, Marketing, or related field, we encourage you to apply!

Work experience: We are looking at potential candidates with a minimum 8 years of validated experience in content creation/ communication/ editorial role.

Other technical experience: Hands-on experience in social media content creation, social media management, particularly via Instagram or Facebook. It will be beneficial if you possess knowledge in social media trends, analytic tools and best practices!

Other traits:

• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative idea and translate them into effective social media contents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
