Record and coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments, examine

Formal qualifications are not essential to work as a Production Clerk.

Although some workers have a Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualification or a university degree in  transport, logistics or warehousing operations. 

RESPONSIBILITY: 

• Accountable for the stock balance for incoming and outgoing goods. 
• Updates inventory and stock location records. Checks inventories and prepares 
  delivery schedules. 
• Count incoming stock and reconciles it with requisitions. Examines orders and 
  compiles data for production schedules. 
• Receive all incoming goods and verify against purchase orders for quantity 
  and specification. 
• Establishes and co-ordinates the operating procedures for receiving, 
  responsible to ensure the quality of goods are maintained with proper 
  handling, storage, and shipping goods. 
• Ensure goods despatched are securely packed to avoid transit damage. 
• Liaise with Financial Section and Sales & Marketing Department to ensure 
  despatch requirements are met. 
• Liaise with production personnel on quality problems and take the necessary 
  corrective action to prevent reoccurrence. 
• Responsible to prepare the packing slip and loading summary to generate 
  delivery order & invoice. 
• Examines containers to ensure that they are filled, and records quantities. 
• Investigates and identifies supply sources and prepares and processes purchase orders. 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

1.  Min SPM or equivalent.
2.  Knowledge of computer is preferred

What are the minimum requirements? 

-You'll be a qualified RN Adult, RMN's (with dual registration), RGNs or Paramedics 

-Minimum of 12 months previous Custody experience, 2 years post qualification experience, General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Walk in Centres, Substance Misuse Services, Prison Healthcare, Mental Health, or Ambulance Service) as an Adult RN

-3 years UK residency  

-You'll need a current manual driving license with no restrictions to sometimes travel to other custody suites or local hospitals.

-All candidates are subject to police vetting checks.

What does the role involve?

Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of HCPs providing detained individuals with exact assessments and assuring their care and wellbeing needs are met. Looking at Rota gaps and covering as needed. You will manage the HCPs ensuring they are supervised and appraised appropriately. Acting as management you will work as a part of an integrated team with the Clinical lead and Lead senior to ensure that the local processes follow National Clinical Governance Standards and the Forces specific needs.

Repair all types of timber flooring. Minor repairs of blinds and fixing of curtain tracks and similar fixtures and fittings, coat hooks, shelving, notice boards, etc. Erection and dismantling of, trestles, hop-ups, staging, ladders and step ladders providing training has been completed by the operative. To develop and maintain good working relationships with Clinicians, Departmental Heads, Risk Management and Contractors Carry out tasks as instructed/requested with a minimum of supervision, in line with best building practice and consummate with trained skills and experience. Deal with incidents such as damaged fire doors (Health & Safety), lost keys, departmental and controlled drugs cupboards, broken glass to doors and windows.
